I use the same burst rotation i use on anyone else, which i can kill, but on him it didn't even do 1% dmg. That difference is beyond logic, it is the footprint of a broken system and ZOS incompetence.
Yeah there's a bunch of players who can't handle any kind of real competition that do nothing but run characters through under 50 BG's just to delete them when they get to 50 and start over again. It doesn't really get much more pathetic than this.
You wrote many words but said nothing.
I do not care how people level up lol. You are totally off-topic.

My apologies, i cannot name people that do this otherwise.
Who the fudge crafts, grinds and optimizes low level chars in all gold stuff and buys skills. This is ridiculous.
@Sanctum74 you know what's ironic and rather hypocritical of you? That i'm just reading a post from August 2019 where you were attacked and bashed by several morons like this guy who do the same thing, whilst you were defending people like me.
You even claimed leveling through BG's should not be allowed as soon as you hit 50.
My build is fine and i know how to play, again, i rek most normal matches.
These dudes don't even bother to block because of how broken their gear must be.
"name shaming"...all of the players that do this should be name shamed. This practice of twinking hard should be impossible to do. They should just make the pvp sets that drop from the boxes to be the only ones you can gear up in BG's with. And no *** gold, that's ***.
And i even see them not having amazing skill, at all. Maybe they don't try because of the gear and when you are immortal you dont need to dodge and block.
In any case, this is ridiculous and destroys any fun in pvp for leveling people.
Sour grapes is all i am hearing. I could go make some leveling gear hop into banished cells with all the cp i got and solo it at level 6 (after finishing crafting certifications) and come out level 9 or maybe 10 then queue for a random normal and come out of that level 16 or 17. If you dont wish to do the same that's on you. Play how you wish just like they are playing how they wish. Trying to say it's ok for you to play how you wish but that everyone else has to play by your rules is what's hypocritical.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xS2S1s716R8

Hello everyone,
I see this guy in under level 50 BG's that is a stam warden who cannot be killed, and I mean it. He gets close to zero damage.
On the other hand, he will use bugs, shield chard and burst combo with shield bashes. He doesn't even use a 2h.
How can this level of tankyness and broken dmg be possible in under lvl 50 BG's? You don't even have the sets that can make bash so broken.
I mean, yeah you can, but it is impossible to keep up with it because you level so fast.
I have screenshots of his name and everything, because I'm not really a noob and what this guy does is inexplicable.
This is where you went wrong. As long as he has the appropriate gear for his level, he can be super tanky while dealing massive damage. It's 100% not impossible like you're suggesting. Just because he has a good build and knows what he's doing doesn't mean he's hacking.I mean, yeah you can, but it is impossible to keep up with it because you level so fast.

He is pretty certainly not cheating xD
I know him from below level 50 PvP. He has been playing there for quite some time and i suppose he got (just like me and quite a few others) good gear for every char for every about 5 lvls weapons likely gold for every 2 lvls and he grinds all of his chars so theyre ready to pvp on before he starts pvping on them.
It has nothing to do with cheating, but is just that he got better gear, more experience and a skilled char that is just way stronger than yours.

Abusing battlescaling is considered skill now?

Anyone who rerolls sub 50 is a meme by default.
How sad and pathetic does someone have to be to go to the below level 50 campaign just to beat noobs.

That's like saying 20 year olds, who go and beat up children in children's playgrounds, have found their niche fighting style.

Edit: To OP, there´s a mechanic in the game called battlescaling which makes anyone below CP 160 scale to CP 160. You can somewhat "manipulate" this mechanic (through wearing appropriate leveled golded out gear every 2-5 levels) to gain stat advantages that even a fully leveled cp 810 player would be jealous off. It´s not an exploit or anything, but it´s abuse of an overperforming mechanic.
Defending battlescaling (which is one of the more broken and abusive mechanics in the game) is pathetic and the people who abuse it even more so.

What on Earth is this nonsense? How is U50 any less competitive than CP? Explain?

Everyone is in the same environment, its PVP. Competitiveness therefore isn't diminished depending on U50 or CP, only the parameters everyone is working with, its still PVP either way. In fact, arguably, U50 is MORE competitive, because everyone is more equal, you don't have players spread across 1 - 810 CPs, everyone is within about 40 levels of each other!
If what you refer to is a mistaken belief that U50 is only the domain of brand new players, you are simply wrong. In any given BG or Cyro, there will only be a small percentage of actual brand new players. Also, once you do get to level 50, you don't magically become experienced and proficient just because you are now CP - entering CP BG or Cyro you will encounter exactly the same environmental factors... players who are better, more experienced, better geared, than you.
I regularly play both U50 and CP. There is very little discernible difference in the standard of game play. Its just as competitive either way.
