Hubalajad's Final Treasure Random 30% price Increase?

I didn't remember it being this expensive, so I went back and checked to find 30% price increase from the last time this was in the crown store. I am just curious if this is an intended or accidental change, considering that this item has been in the crown store several times already and is a rather old furnishing pack.
