Wow, I am.. beyond words.. Zenimax, be ashamed.

After 4 hours on hold, calling the zenimax customer support line.. 4 hours of the same 3 minute piece of music repeated over and over.. 4 hours of a cheery voice referring me to a support page that doesn't work.. they just hang up on me. Just like that.. click.. gone.

I've called some crappy customer support centers in my day. Hell, I've *worked* at some crappy support centers. But I have never experienced something quite as awful as this.

    I wouldn't have made it anywhere close to 4 hours on hold.

    yea I reported bugged 6 days ago and they did nothing about it and many more bugged that blocked content still not fixed

    ZOS definitely needs to totally revamp their customer service model. It's without a doubt one of the worst I've seen in mmo history.

    Just do the call back feature. This is why I keep telling people that.

    So maybe Zenimax is fully staffed on a Friday, before a holiday weekend.

    That is not even counting the customers who can't use phone calls due to several reasons (Not in USA, not english speakers, etc.)

    Don't stress, they will get back to you in a 10-12 days if you put in a phone call request.

    ATT isn't running a service that's going to see a huge spike in customer use on a holiday, zenimax is.
