Permanent ban for innocent player

Hello ZOS and forum guys. I bought 2 copy of game which is preorder to Greymoor Digital collector's edition for me and my girlfriend, which is ultimate version of game i believe. I bought it 1 month ago and till then we had good experience except server's down and ping dropping. But this saturday evening i was unable to login into my account, i tried to login into account at the website and get this message "you are suspended from the site". I tried to send ticket to support at help.bethesda but when i try to check my tickets it's keep saying "You currently don't have any tickets". I tried to register at forum, but was unable because i can't login into my account. In fact, i used account of gf to create forum account, otherwise it was impossible. So in the end, i didn't did anything wrong, i didn't insult people or cheat or something else, i just had fun playing with my gf, i don't get how it possible that you get banned permanently without even possability to recover your account easily if you DIDN'T BREAK ANY RULE. My account id is :kingoftheworld 777; my ticket(that i saved .txt file only way to save refference code) #:200413-007438. Please someone help me with that sad situation.

really quite appalling that bans happen and no email is automatically sent to explain why and how to appeal it

My personal guessing of what might happen. I discover a place for farming resources in a small zone called "bal foyen". I talk to some streamer's and they said that people sometimes report other player's just to get them banned from their favourite resource farming spot, like, there is a robot that automatically ban if you get enough reports. So first guess is that people tried to report other people just for get them off their favourite farming spot(but i'm not sure that someone report me tbh, since i didn't even farm there much). Second guess, just before get banned i trade gold for crown's to buy DLC Clockwork city. There was a guy (i don't remember his name). He wrote "WTS crowns for gold(280g per crown). And i whisper that guy that i agree to trade. I double check if it's legal thing, once again, streamers keep saying it's normal and legal to trade ingame crown's for gold. So i gave him 560k gold and he gifted me Clockwork city. So that's it. Maybe something of it make's me ban for some reason.(My gf was farming resources as well, but didn't get banned yet fortunately). Just telling my thought's that may help to invistigate this issue.
