Up to now, I've been using the non-Steam version of ESO. I have purchased expansions up to the Greymoor pre-release. If I decided to go to the steam version, I understand I would have to buy a new copy of the game through Steam. Would I also re-purchase a new copy of each of the expansions or just the base game?

Just the base game, @VanyelMohr. B)

Steam is not recommended, though, due to the history of issues players have had.

You can do a search in the forums and read up when you have some downtime.
