Budding Seeds borked

I had been levelling the Corrupting Pollen morph on one of my wardens on writs, just for the sake of finishing it. Hate that morph. But to take advantage of all the transmute crystals from boxes, switched it to Budding Seeds so I could run healer in a dungeon.
Which has borked it.
The ability is Budding Seeds, but the visual effect for Corrupting Pollen appears.
Worse, while it allows me to activate the ability again for the Budding Seeds insta heal effect, it then leaves my character stuck in the cast animation.
