With physical CEs there is often limited stock that can sell out early, usually within a couple months of being available to order. If you can’t find a retailer that still offers it, you may have to wait to buy it through a third party reseller once it’s released. It could be worth setting alerts for the Bethesda Store and Amazon in case additional stock becomes available. Some people cancel after preordering, for a variety of reasons.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭This is the most recent update on Greymoor. It will be delayed though it does no specifically talk to the physical part of the physical collector's edition. It is likely manufactured ready and shipping is likely a vendor-specific question that Zos cannot answer unless you bought it directly from them.
