I think I have been placed on a social ban. I'm the GM of a large guild and I'm unable to see my guild bank or guild store when I am at a banker. I can't reply to whispers, send mail, trade with other players in dungeons or trials either.
As GM this is a nightmare. I will be unable to bid on a guild trader, so my guild will lose their trader for the next week. I can't advise my guild members of activites and events that are coming up and I can't respond to the queries, questions or general chat when they whisper me. I have to rely on my officers to answer them, which is very unfair to them. My whole guild will now suffer, not just myself but the other 499 people in the guild.
My guild members rely on me to let them know what's going on, as many of them do not use discord. Now I'm not able to do this or almost any other function for the running of the guild.
I've received NO notification as to why this has occurred and had to look at the forums to tell me it's possibly a social ban. I have sent in 3 separate tickets begging for help to which the response has been computer generated emails to me telling me to check my chat. Really.... Did they even read my customer service requests at all?
It would be nice to know what went wrong and why this has happened. I would consider that a common courtesy of customer service.
Thank you.
