They could eliminate 2 problems at once by turning mage's fury into a spammable with good damage while removing the execute that is only causing outrage everywhere.
...leaving Sorcs without any execute at all, since there isn't any non-class magicka execute (unlike its stam counterpart). You really should think things through before spouting such nonsense.

EDIT: To clarify, there are far better ways to "fix" the issues with Fury/Wrath in PvP.
For example, make it a proc requirement that in addition to the enemy falling below 20% health, you must also have hit them with Curse and/or Frags not more than a few seconds ago. This would preserve its function as part of Sorc's delayed burst toolkit, while making it useless as a "spammable execute" in PvP.
Of course that would cause other issues in PvE, so maybe a Battle Spirit tweak is in order there.

    Please stop destroying mSorc abilities!

Aha, so turning this terrible skill into something useful magSorc could use is a non sense and you think sorc would be somehow weaker for it.
But making this terrible skill even worse is somehow a good thing.
    Cool!

Classes have already become too similar. They should not all have the same toolkit.

You have access to several spammable options: Rapid Strikes, Wrecking Blow, Snipe, Crushing Weapon, or even Silver Shards. These are all very close to the damage of Surprise Attack.

The problem with mSorc toolkit is that in its current form there isn't any ability which could become a spammable (or become an execute if Fury/Wrath is made into a spammable) without becoming too overloaded.
Since having an execute attached to a spammable - or even a semi-spammable such as Frags - is not good game design by any stretch of the imagination.

Sorcerer needs no execute. Mage's Fury is the worst execute apart from stealing kills with its lingering debuff.
With a 20% treshhold, it is very much useless in my eyes. I'd rather they give magicka an open source execute similar to the 2 handed execute.

i like the endless fury morph though.

Yes give every class spammable in their class kit equal to suprise attack and jabs
Giving all classes a class spammable will increase build diversity, not reducing it. An example would be a stamplar/stamblade being able to use a variety of weapon combinations such as 2h/bow, dw/bow, dw/snb, dw/2h, etc. Because they already possess a class spammable, they can now pick skills from those weapon lines to complement their build. Classes that do not have a class spammable such as stamsorc are heavily reliant on weapon skills, and that is what kills build diversity.
