Personally I would like to see every class with the same base tool kits.
However I would like them to reach a point where there are choices to be made of your class skill vs a weapon skill, rather than one always being vastly better as a choice.
I don't personally think every class needs spammables, and weapon skill lines provide plenty of option there. But Stamsorcs need more in-class abilities with impact [...].
These poll options suck.

...leaving Sorcs without any execute at all, since there isn't any non-class magicka execute (unlike its stam counterpart). You really should think things through before spouting such nonsense. They could eliminate 2 problems at once by turning mage's fury into a spammable with good damage while removing the execute that is only causing outrage everywhere.

The problem with mSorc toolkit is that in its current form there isn't any ability which could become a spammable (or become an execute if Fury/Wrath is made into a spammable) without becoming too overloaded.
Since having an execute attached to a spammable - or even a semi-spammable such as Frags - is not good game design by any stretch of the imagination.
Please read the edit to my post above, that's pretty much all that needs to be said about it....leaving Sorcs without any execute at all, since there isn't any non-class magicka execute (unlike its stam counterpart). Sorcerer needs no execute. Mage's Fury is the worst execute apart from stealing kills with its lingering debuff.
With a 20% treshhold, it is very much useless in my eyes. I'd rather they give magicka an open source execute similar to the 2 handed execute.

We can have very different spammables for each class that provide plenty of unique flavor, which would in fact PREVENT homogenization. It feels very different to use stone giant, jabs, surprise attack, etc. Just give the other classes spammable options that are comparable in power, but feel different to use.
Right now, most classes default to dizzy as a stam spammable. That IS homogenization.

Not all classes are the same, not all classes have a built in spammable, not all classes need a built in spammable, not all classes and builds use one type of weapon, not all builds use one weapon or be forced into one type of weapon.
And yes, you are correct, it is a form of homogenization, but no need to fight homogenization by adding more of it.

Do you ever play as a stamSorc? It is categorically bogus to have 3/4 guild and weapon skills because ZOS forgot about the class when they were designing the morphs.
I read all these arguments for why stamSorc can't have nice things, that they should be content with their completely generic ability bars and rotations, and it reads like a whole lot of "Let them eat cake."
The Sorc kit is littered with dead morphs and dead passives (including the pet death passive that straight up does not work in PvE) that could be recycled to give stamSorc access to basic class building blocks such as an ultimate, a DoT, and a spammable.
