I want to create a ticket to refund preorder, but at login screen I always getting error - "Login Failed"
In safari on MacOS login button don't work, only in chrome.

Can you get to another computer (that isn't your Mac) and file a ticket that way?0 -

I also tried to use the login form through the phone browser and got a login error again.0 -

If you still have issues going through a different browser you can then try submitting the ticket through Account Recovery. Instructions on doing so are in the help article below.
