Hi, I put out a ticket yesterday and I still have not gotten a response. I bought Elsywher the collector's edition and i looked on my account and it doesn't show anything yet you charged our credit card for it. I wanted to play with my husband who also bought it and received it almost instantly. We both work medical so we don't have a lot of time to play. Can you guys do something about it?
