Bought Elsweyr, took my money BUT did not get product

Hello
I first bought a ESO plus subscription via paypal.. All went good. I got my ESO Plus.
AND then i bought Elsweyr, the transaction was good. BUT i did not get my product.
Ticket ID: 200408-002621
I've provided pcitures and PROOF that you took my money.
But on my ESO account, in billing info it does not show that I made the purchase. NOR did i get the product i paid for..
I've waited 7h to play Necromancer.
I know its hard times now, but these kinds of stuff should be prio. Cause its about money.

✭✭✭✭✭Double-check to see if you got an auto-response. If so you need to reply to it. Make sure it did not all into Spam or something else.
