Event ticket Bug Again

Used the cake and got 3 tickets, I ran Delves, Dolmens, WB`s and Pledges didn`t get the 2 Event tickets. Yes, I checked the amount before I started and I waited until the reset.

✭✭Were you alone or with lots of other players when you were killing the bosses? It's possible you didn't make the top 12 dps to get the loot.0 -

Yes, I know that. But you still have to press the Inventory key "I" to get to see your currency. And I'm not getting credited for the cake drops.0 -

I've been having trouble with this the past two days as well. In the first few days after the event started I could pretty much get these from a quest "boss" or delve bosses, but for some reason that didn't work the last two or three days. I was only - and I mean only - able to get the two extra tickets from the last bosses of group dungeons. Very weird, no idea what's going on with that right now.This poor little Bosmer stealth passive had passionate friends and a big loving family!1 -

✭✭✭✭✭This might sound like a dumb question, but when you use the cake and it shows the tickets, are you actually "looting" them? They don't get added to your inventory automatically like when you loot the boss's corpse; you must press R to claim them as though you were looting all of the items in a node or crate or sack.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

So you see the loot window from the cake and you loot the tickets manually then see the notification on the bottom right of your screen showing you've looted them. But the number of tickets didn't increase? And you're not at the cap of 12 tickets already?0 -

Correct. It looks like I have claimed them when I press "R" to take them, but they don't get credited - the number of tickets doesn't go up when I take them from the daily cake award. It only goes up when I kill the first boss of the day.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Based on what happened to me the other night when I didn't get my cake tickets within the first minute or so after reset, about the only suggestion I would make is to wait until about 5 to 15 minutes after reset before killing a boss.
Also, if you kill a boss but then can't loot the corpse-- meaning it's glowing but you can't get the loot prompt to come up no matter how much you move around and try from different angles-- walk away a little bit (but not too far) and kill a normal MOB, then go back to the boss's corpse and see if the loot prompt comes up. Do not log out and back in; stay logged in or you will probably lose your chance to loot the boss.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

✭Same issue here on PS4. This is not my first event; I get how the tickets work. Never had a problem before now. I got the three tickets from my cake but that's it. Yesterday I looted a WB and got the other two fine. Not today

What I do is kill the same boss in the same delve each day-- the delve closest to the Impresario, in case I need to spend 10 of my tickets before or after getting the 2 boss tickets. I've never had a problem getting my boss tickets, and I don't know why the choice of boss should make any difference, but back during the Imperial City event there were quite a few people who said that some bosses weren't dropping tickets for them but then later on that same day some other boss finally did drop tickets.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

Well that's really strange. It might have something to do with an add on you're using? That's s wild guess though. I'd make a ticket to ZoS. Hopefully they can sort it.0 -

IMHO, I think some of this has to do with the network lag issues that have been significantly increased lately. In addition to the inability to claim cake tickets, I frequently get desync issues, such as an inability to loot or use a skill until I switch weapon bars, and in some cases I get bumped out while ESO tries to reconnect.1 -

Suite_IceSoul ShrivenI know this event ends soon but I too have had a strange issue of tickets. I have 2 accounts and I am not sure which account is working proper. One account gives 3 tickets for eating cake and 2 more for killing any boss including ANY dolmen boss. My other account gives the 3 for cake but only gives the bonus 2 when I kill a boss that is part of an actual quest . Any ideas as to which is correct and way the accounts differ? I am not sure if I got the bonus tickets on second acount at time of looting boss corpse or quest turn in. I didn't even pay attention to this issue until I noticed my ticket inventory was different and they started at same amount0

madman65✭✭✭✭Of course you get the tickets from the cake but you get the the tickets from any boss:
Event Tickets & New Indrik
The first time you eat a slice of the Jubilee Cake 2020 each day of the event, in addition to the XP buff, you also receive three Event Tickets. Because there will be fewer events this quarter, you can also receive bonus tickets by defeating any boss in the game (Delve, World, Dungeon, etc.). You can earn two additional tickets per day from this method. This means you can earn a max of five tickets per day, for up to 65 tickets total if you play every day of the event. Don’t forget, you have to loot your tickets and be credited for defeating the boss!0 -

Strange to have to trick the system when it owes you. I have the same problems as above. Good on the cake tickets but you would think killing three dragons and turning in the quest would deserve 2 tickets as the event message describes. Did several world bosses and turned them in also and 2 days of this made me search out this thread. I owe I owe and have to pay, but someone owes a heck of a lot of tickets by now..!0 -

That is not the case. I routinely do these in whatever order I feel like. If the boss is up, I do the cake after killing him, otherwise, I do it while I wait. Sometimes, I do the cake on one character, and the boss on another.
I have not missed a single event ticket this entire event.

✭✭✭Had an incident where a Dragon died shortly basically at 23:02 hrs PST time (i.e., just after reset). No tickets.
