Vote with your wallet, or not?

I've seen people drop $700 in real cash on crowns for house furnishings. Profits from Crown Store are the real metric driving ESO. I doubt players who come to the forum to complain about performance and threaten to quit even cause anyone at ZOS to blink. We're just along for the ride. It's a game. Play and support it as long as it brings fun an value to your life. If not, move on.

ESO is too big at this point for anyone to bother with this tactic. There will always be more players and more open wallets. Until Elder Scrolls 6 comes out, I guarantee nobody behind the scenes is much concerned with people quitting - and even then, it'll depend on how hard the hype train for THAT game does or doesn't crash.

Don't underestimate the number of players who will play Elder Scrolls 6 and ESO, or those who will keep their ESO+ running while spending most or all of their time on Elder Scrolls 6.

Agreed. I don't consider them to be mutually exclusive. I play Skyrim SE and ESO at the same time.
