I started with Steam and switched to the launcher, big difference. I wonder how long they will stay before switching. Alot of new players tonight, I ran Volenfell all day and most of the night farming. Very few breaks.

I still run ESO via steam I haven't had any issues other than frame rate drops overtime... I believe this is a known issue that many are effected by though. What difference did the change have for you?

So where's all the usual sycophants insisting the steam numbers are completely irrelevant and in no way represent the overall population of the game across all platforms? Huh, funny that.

Oh right...different narrative this time. So which one is it???

Its the one in the middle

Everyone's at home due to a worldwide pandemic.
Only natural all games will see a influx of players.

Exactly, I doubt I would be playing eso atm if not for the government's wishes for us all to stay at home.

So, even if this is a new high in eso population, some of u are still making excuses for the fact that eso is not dead nor dying.

Being a grown up means also to accept when we are wrong. I suppose not so many grown up on these forums

Who cares, I just hope they buy something so ZoS has the cash to fix the servers.

They do have the cash, but instead of fixing ESO they are using it to create a new MMO IP

All over Tamriel, theres a sudden spike in Bosmers getting caught for their crimes. A sad day indeed... #FightForYourRite Give Bosmers back our stealth!

I am sure that ZOS is doing fine. My feeling is that ESO is successful enough for three games, right now.

If OP looks at April 2019, it shows over 16k for that month. There is a boost during that time. Considering Steam charts show an increase for every month year over year except for three months last year it is not surprising to see 17k.

I think that the takeaway is that, despite the dire predictions, it is not yet time to measure ESO for a coffin.

Yeah I've been seeing the same exact thing on Xbox.

Soooo many players on the game right now...PvP, Trials, Quests, etc...

It's a good sight to see.

So I just checked how all the other games in my Steam library have been doing lately and if they're not all setting records for most players ever, their populations are significantly up across the board (except RDR2). There's so many people playing games right now!

Yea cuz a multibillion dollar company is sooooo hurting for cash that they couldn't possibly do anything to fix their damn game without some charity.

    *** on that.

It improved my weaving and loading screen, although with this last "reboot" things are pretty much back the same. I don`t know the in`s and out`s of the technology that Steam uses, I will say at times when I was on Steam that I could not even get on ESO.

Oh I see, thank you for getting back to me  I haven't had any of these issues so far...
