Mother Ciannait's Shield Stuck On

Twice now when running through COS2, Mother Ciannait's shield visual gets displayed permanently. Reloading UI does not help. Changing monster sets does not help. The only way to get rid of it is to quit the game and log back in. I believe the proc is still working, but just the visual stays on.

Make that 3 times in the same run. Finishing the dungeon and leaving the instance also removed the shield.

I’ve gotten this same bug a bunch of times now. I’ll note that it fixes when I change zones. But it can be annoying.

Blocking animation can also get stuck.
I only have the stucking block on my templar.

This is still happening. Got so many Ciannait shields stuck on my character I could barely see her inside. Can this please be fixed?

Man, the programming technicans at ZOS must be so tired of this engine. They're probably understaffed and underpaid working on spaghetti code for a game engine that is probably about 10 years old now? This game could of been amazing if Zenimax waited a few years to start producing it, but I guess they really wanted to ride the Skyrim sales as much as possible. It has so much potential, but at so many turns it ends up being dissapointing.

I imagine a great deal of people are just waiting for a better, more stable mmo at this point, but not much is available. I really hope ZOS gets their act together.

I've been having the same issue as well. I think it triggers when I cast multiple spells with a channel time one after the other. Hope this is patched without nerfing the set.

Still having this issue on 8-2-21. The brightness of the visual effect is pretty overwhelming.

I had this issue ever since i started playing, in December 2020 and i've heard that this started happening a looong time ago.
Sure, the effect looks great, but you won't be able to see much of what you're doing
