Mother Ciannait's Shield Stuck On

Twice now when running through COS2, Mother Ciannait's shield visual gets displayed permanently. Reloading UI does not help. Changing monster sets does not help. The only way to get rid of it is to quit the game and log back in. I believe the proc is still working, but just the visual stays on.

✭✭✭✭✭Man, the programming technicans at ZOS must be so tired of this engine. They're probably understaffed and underpaid working on spaghetti code for a game engine that is probably about 10 years old now? This game could of been amazing if Zenimax waited a few years to start producing it, but I guess they really wanted to ride the Skyrim sales as much as possible. It has so much potential, but at so many turns it ends up being dissapointing.
I imagine a great deal of people are just waiting for a better, more stable mmo at this point, but not much is available. I really hope ZOS gets their act together.2 -

I had this issue ever since i started playing, in December 2020 and i've heard that this started happening a looong time ago.
Sure, the effect looks great, but you won't be able to see much of what you're doing
