Friend Unable to Change In-Game UserID

Hi,

Just as the title suggests, I have a friend that has attemped to change his in-game UserID with no luck. He can change his UserID on the ESO account page just fine, and log-in with the new UserID, but the in-game UserID has not changed (it has been several days).

I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug or an intended feature, because I've read in a few places that in-game UserID's are no longer changable, even though they were before.

Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but my friend (who likes the game!) absolutely refuses to play because he says "not being able to change his in-game ID" ruins the game for him. He's one of those OCD types.

Is there anything he could do to solve the problem?

Your friend should start an Online Support ticket, @Zilophos ... you can list the ticket number in your thread or have your friend start a new thread (with the ticket number) in General Help.
