Bought wrong upgrade, refund

Hello,
I opened a ticket to ask for a refund but I have no answer and I am waiting to be able to play the game.
I bought only one chapter upgrade instead of the whole package and as I am locked in my 15m student room, I can't really go ahead and re-buy the game yet before getting my refund.
How long does it take to process the request? I really want to log in and play the expansions...
