Hey, I submitted a ticket the other day and still haven't received a response for this issue but hope I could get some sort of response here.

I was in the middle of purchasing the Elsewyr Digital Collector's Edition including ESO Plus membership on the ESO store. When I was putting in my order, it gave me an error about my billing information being incorrect. I double checked and put in the order again. It gave me the same error despite the information being correct. When I check my account billing history, it shows that both orders went through and my bank statement confirms that. Despite the double purchases, I have neither the expansions or an active ESO Plus membership. So I'm not sure whats going on here.
