Maybe I just chose a bad time to make the request (over a weekend; shortly before the semiregular website maintenance, etc) but I requested 3 days ago to get my country shifted to reflect my residence, and am still waiting back. I haven't even gotten an e-mail acknowledgement that my ticket has been seen, much less resolved. By contrast, me asking for a forum invitation was something I got a response to pretty much immediately after sending the request.
I may have accidentally sent it more than once, due to not even getting a confirmation email (my junk folders were empty, and the confirmation email for the forum invitation came to my main inbox anyways).
EDIT: so the duplicate tickets have been closed, so at least now there's an acknowledgement.
Again, maybe I just picked a bad time to ask?
I'd love to give y'all some more of my money, ZOS, but I can't do it if I can't get the right billing country.
