At what stage are you failing to log in? Do you get to the character selection and then fail to log into the zone, in which case which zone? If you're logged in but getting kicked out, from which zone?0 -

No Steam = yes.
Meaning I can't log in via Steam (couldn't get to the character screen) and can log in via Beth launcher (getting to the character screen and beyond).
So it's a Steam thing again.
PS:
I couldn't log in to NA via Steam, either, but I got past the first login and booted on my way to the character screen there.

Unfortunately with the current crisis in the world and massive influx of players coming into the game, it was bound to happen. I notice a few spikes every now and then but nothing that's making it completely unplayable.
My ping rate is usually 50-60 and peaks around 110ish, only rarely has my ping gone above that.Player since Beta (Tenth Anniversary Badge!)

Veles✭✭✭✭Guys, I have good news for you:) EU server works perfectly. ZOS finally at the time of the event and free to play period did their job well. I log in easily and run trials right now, and imagine there are no lags.
Do you know how I solved the problem? The fact that some servers in Frankfurt are very loaded. Download normal VPN programm and make a route through unloaded servers.
