Seriously? You're asking us not to clog your forum?
While we understand that not being able to access the game can be frustrating, we ask that you please refrain from creating forum threads about a ban or suspension you have received. We are unable to address or reverse account bans from the forums. Thank you for understanding.
We understand that reading customer complaints can be frustrating but we as that you please stop banning innocent people without notification and respond to their tickets. You've made an error. Fix it.

It's completely unreasonable because this is our ONLY venue for complaint about this idiotic affair.
The fact that they're asking people to stop proves they're noticing it, maybe they'll actually do something about it.1 -

I guess if you just want to spread the word about these bannings and slander the company for their mistakes, then continue on. If you're the type who likes to get things resolved and start playing the game again, then follow their ban appeal process.

Click on random complaint thread and view profiles of the people, half are now forum banned. I know my gf got banned on forums.
I'm not banned from game, she is. Only guild she is in contains 4 people (no guild bank, no duping). She comes, makes a post or two and gets banned for it.
Nice to know that they are interested in fixing things. Supposedly.

✭✭✭Good news: I have been unbanned=D On forums, too. About 12 hours later than in game...I wonder if it's because no one wanted to know what I had to say about the whole thing? Touch luck if so, I thought of even more stuff to say by now.
Bad news: this should never have happened at all. And while their reaction is faster than expected judging from previous times, it's still unacceptably slow and canned. Besides, they COULD save themselves a LOT of trouble by sending an email BEFORE banning explaining WHY we got banned(might've helped them see the light earlier, too, maybe they'd realize there's no legitimate why). Or even that we DID get banned - beats being randomly kicked out of the game(was doing an anchor, too) with no notice for hours.
I am upset, and I am angry. But I am glad to be back to the game for the time being, and guess nothing else to be done about it now. So I'll just really, REALLY hope it doesn't happen again.0
