I am currently at One Hour, Two Minutes and Fifty Four Seconds on hold for ZeniMax Customer Support (Direct Phone Line 1-855-296-3170).

I have read threads on this forum, I have read the many threads on reddit, and I have also viewed the many Facebook comments on those who have banned like I was.

What frustrates me most is that we are all being accused by our peers of being spammers, exploiters, dupers and worse. If this was one guy who was wrongly banned, that would be one thing. If this was two people, sure.

It isn't.

This is literally hundreds of people who are having this issue, who I believe have done nothing wrong. There was a real issue with this exploiting bug, but I don't even have officer access to a guild bank, so I can't fathom what I might have done wrong.

Please remember that it is Friday afternoon, and many of us have come home from work or school only to find out that our investment in the Elder Scrolls might have been for nothing. I've never been banned from anything in my entire life, and I can tell you first hand it is not a very nice feeling at all.

Looking forward to a positive reply from their phone support folks, but as it's now been One Hour Seven Minutes and Forty Three seconds with no answer, I can only imagine that I am not alone in my issue and I truly hope this gets resolved by the close of their support center today.

    It's Good Friday.. they may not even be at work now. Most Americans, this is a 3 or 4 day Easter weekend. They may have gone home after the patch.

    I've heard from some other Redditors and Forum posters that they have gotten either a reply to their ticket or gotten through to customer service. I took advice from another forum poster and called the Phone Number on my PayPal receipt from making my payment to them for my premium Palamino horse.

    I guess I really am a sucker huh?

    Also affected and also never been banned from anything in my entire life of gaming. I agree that its an awful feeling, you keep racking you brains as to what you were found guilty of and I am totally stumped. If I have done something that's flagged me as a cheater it was completely accidental and all in the normal course of play.

    I even found and /bugged an instant mob re-spawn point during a different phase area in the Deshaan area (the quest where you destroy the Maulborn Plague and have to travel to find Divelle (I think)) I tested it for a little while and found absolutely no end to the respawn. So I sent the report and moved on to complete the quest which makes the mob inaccessible. I wonder if this is what got me banned... I hope not else what's the point of discovering an exploit and reporting it, if you get banned for it?

    I really hope I get my account re-instated as its such a good game and I only got to level 23 with under 11k gold.

    Yea, they did manage to find a cool balance to provide a Skyrim like experience within the confines of an MMO. I'm really enjoying the game and that is why it's such a kick in the gut to be called a cheater... or rather even not even that! I haven't been able to speak to a person and didn't receive an e-mail about it.

    Well, I guess this settles it. Back to SWTOR for a while!
