Social Banned for the 2nd time in almost a week for performing guild admin tasks

Hi. I submitted this ticket almost a week ago regarding my social ban. It is the second that I have received in approximately a month after performing guild admin tasks, namely sending out the mail regarding our guild lottery event that I run weekly. As a co-GM of 3 guilds, I have over 1000 people that I send this mail to, however, 1000s of GMs use the same add on that I use to send mails and (given that I know the person that maintains the add on) other GMs are not being banned after using it.

The nature of the ban means that I have a lot of gold belonging to guild members stuck on my account as I am unable to mail out lottery prizes or even deposit the gold in the guild bank for the other GMs to distribute to winners instead. It also means that I cannot help our members farm for items. This is particularly annoying as I run the PvE side of our guild events and can't trade after trials. Moreover, when I receive whispers from guild members regarding problems, I cannot reply as I cannot send whispers. I cannot contribute to the cost of the traders in our 2 trade guilds, contribute prizes to our guild birthday event tonight and cannot help if I am needed to place trader bids or fetch items for members from the guild banks.

Aside from the inconvenience this is causing my co-GMs and guild members, this is also causing me gameplay problems too now. For example, I am helping a friend to level his crafting and am saving intricate items for him. However, these items are now taking over my inventories on at least 4 characters. I can't make much in the way of gold as I am unable to use the guild trader and the items I have stockpiled ready to sell are mounting up and taking over my bank space.

As I previously mentioned, many GMs use the same add on that I use in order to mass mail their guild, but without the frequent bans that I seem to be getting for using it. This is why, unlike what you previously suggested our previous correspondence last month that I should "When sending in game mail, please give a few moments between each message" (ticket number 200304-003137), I believe there is another reason that your automated system is picking me up rather than any of the other GMs using the add on. Some insight into this would be appreciated as I am willing to adapt if possible to prevent this happening again. However, if, for example, the reason I ab being frequently banned is because members who are disinterested in our guild lottery are ignoring me and this is causing the system to flag me, then there is nothing I can do as the lottery is an important part of ensuring our guilds have the funds to secure a trader, and informing members via a mail is the only way this is possible given that the guild About Us and Message of the Day sections lack sufficient character space to convey all the relevant information.

Thanks
Ami

    Hi ZOS_BillE

Thank you for the swift help and reply. After a near week of frustration your aid is very much appreciated. However, the reply to the ticket in my inbox was obviously generic as it was word for word the same as I received last time meaning that I cannot take further steps to prevent this from happening again and the game is certainly not worth playing if I have to spend half of my time fighting social bans simply for sending out mails to my guild.

As I commented before, other GMs use the same add on (and therefore send mails at the same frequency) without issue and therefore the problem must be caused by something other than the frequency at which the mails are sent. Perhaps you could suggest a time of day at which it caused the servers less impact in which to send mails or any other insight as to what is causing problems in my particular instance.

    Thank you in advance
    Ami
