Firstly, I'm just sorry for creating almost useless topic.
But, I'll try to offer little help to players got banned (not me)

Possible reasons we've found on this forum:

1. Interaction with items dupped or dupping them obvious reason (may include trading of those items or gold, using banks too fast, recieving mail, noone knows)
2. Banned due to spamming too much about selling items (system suspected you as gold-seller), you will be unbanned in 3 days
3. Falling through the ground, for example, while you were doing some quests , some people who was banned told that they expirienced only that "bug"

Best way to resolve your ban, puting a ticket with wide explonation. Try to remember if you had any of those issues.

1. Only withdrew around 5-7 items from guild bank since I started playing and none of them have been high quality items. Just green and a blue for research purposes. Doubt someone would dup those in guild and I trust my guild not to have those types of players.

2. Have not spammed chat and don't even have zone chat active 90% of the time. The few times I have used it was to ask questions or to get help with a world boss.

3. I have not fell through the world since beta.

I am not sure if I am banned or not. Password is not working. It allows me to change the password with reset, but new password does not let me in. No message just Incorrect ID or password message.

The only thing on this list that has happened to me is that I fell through the world. I have fallen twice. They banned me for that? How is that even my fault?

If people get banned for falling through the ground, something not entirely under their control... I hope they get their account reactivated. How would you get banned for that? I ended up in the sky once, I hit alt+f4 to close the game and just signed back in.

Not them, but, probably system. It's a guess as far as I know, I'm only sure about spamming activity filters

There are a lot of bans for nothing, some probably were given for listed reasons. Lucky if you are banned for spamming - you will be unbanned in 3 days.

Why would you be banned for #3? I fall through the world or get shot into the sky pretty frequently, including just today when I got shot into the sky doing the first of the main quest where you follow the prophet and are introduced to the companions. Guess what? /stuck doesn't work there because there's no wayshrine. Even relogging didn't fix it.

Yeah if they ban for things like that they need to start getting ready for f2p right away. It may already be too late to save their subscription model.
