I am currently at One Hour, Two Minutes and Fifty Four Seconds on hold for ZeniMax Customer Support (Direct Phone Line 1-855-296-3170).
I have read threads on this forum, I have read
the many threads on reddit, and I have also viewed
the many Facebook comments on those who have banned like I was.
What frustrates me most is that we are all being accused by our peers of being spammers, exploiters, dupers and worse. If this was one guy who was wrongly banned, that would be one thing. If this was two people, sure.
It isn't.
This is literally hundreds of people who are having this issue, who I believe have done nothing wrong. There was a real issue with this exploiting bug, but I don't even have officer access to a guild bank, so I can't fathom what I might have done wrong.
Please remember that it is Friday afternoon, and many of us have come home from work or school only to find out that our investment in the Elder Scrolls might have been for nothing. I've never been banned from anything in my entire life, and I can tell you first hand it is not a very nice feeling at all.
Looking forward to a positive reply from their phone support folks, but as it's now been One Hour Seven Minutes and Forty Three seconds with no answer, I can only imagine that I am not alone in my issue and I truly hope this gets resolved by the close of their support center today.
