Oh thats nice. They want to use us to be their testing team for updates, for free, but want to give special people early access to test chapters. Fantastic. Either way thanks for letting me know, I guess videos will have to do for now.

Vampire looks really cool and actually more of a specialised build choice.
Are we losing the recovery passive though? I have vamp on a lot of characters just for this passive.
That said I don;t have a problem with it, I like that it feels more like a choice than a must have.
Does this mean I can also stay at stage 1 and use mist form all i like? lol...
Also FIX THE GAME!!!I want to preorder this, but I won't until I feel confident I can play it.

Start streaming your own ESO content, @eso_lags ...
... so that you, too, can become "special" and get early access.

That antiquities system looks horrid.
I don't want to play ESO: Minesweeper.
And the new Vampire system brings NOTHING to the table for Stamina players. Nothing, zero, zilch. I hope they are going to offer free Vamp cures for some of my characters.

Werewolf doesn't bring anything to the table for Magicka players so this seems balanced... although I'd wish both Vampire and Werewolf would be good for Magicka and Stamina builds.

Fantastic idea, especially now when the game is working so good 👌. Unless I want to stream erp in riften. And that would just make me part of the problem, no one should get special treatment for testing content based on random silly bs.
If it were class reps it would make some sense at least, and I know some class reps are content creators. But to just give people early access to testing a chapter, at random, because that person makes videos or streams, is stupid. The vast majority of feedback on the PTS comes from regular players who are not content creators, obviously. So its just stupid to hold it back from everyone for 2 weeks for what, views and hype I guess?
Either way its not a big deal its just annoying. And its nothing new, zos always makes strange choices. I dont recall them doing this for the last couple chapters either so that makes it more strange.
All I will say about the Antiquities System after watching that is, I hope the mythic items are bind on equip, I will be buying them on guild traders instead of bothering with those mini games over and over in the hopes of getting something useful.
I do congratulate ZOS for creating a new system for the game that already makes me want to avoid it completely, not every developer can manage that when creating new content for their games.
Vampire changes look interesting, hope the vampire lord transformation looks more like the promotional art work, than what they have shown though.
As for more Skyrim probably the only reason I am leaning towards getting this chapter and as it is I will most likely be waiting for the chapter to go on sale, since the Vampire changes will be in the base game and the Antiquities System as it has been shown to be implemented holds no interest for me.

Except that being a class rep (or a really great player) might make you very well informed, but it doesn’t mean you are any good at making videos.
ZOS clearly don’t want to create promo game materials themselves or feel it’s more honest/open to enable content creators to do this in their stead. However, they’re going to want to provide this material to people who they are confident can use it in an effective and timely manner. And who have an actual audience that might see it.
Whatever your opinion on Dottz (and others) is, there is no doubt that he can put together a good looking clip with informed and considered opinion that is worth watching.
2 weeks out from possible PTS launch might sound like a weird moment to release content like this, until you realise that in a different time this would be E3 week, and one of the major publicity points in the game’s annual calendar.
