File Picker for PTS Install Loc Plz?

I would love to help but I had a rebuild done and my SSD only holds enough for ESO. I have a data drive I could install PTS to but I don't want to completely uninstall ESO & move it all over to 
- especially when I specifically bought & installed to SSD C: to insure the best performance I possibly can.
If a file picker for install location for PTS could be included in that package's exe, I would be ecstatic to get in and test more (hell... SOME... lol)

✭✭✭✭✭Download the Install_ESO.exe file again.
Run the installer.
Select the data drive for the install.
Run new launcher.
Install PTS on the data drive.
