Im running a 450MB connection now

You have a 3+ Gigabit connection? From where? My Google Fiber is only rated at 1 Gigabit, and it's the fastest non-enterprise solution I could find!

Not sure if my being lazy not putting the PS there or what but 450 mbps is just short of a half gigabit. Your connection is 1000 mbps.

Ohhh, okay! MB is megabyte, while Mb is megabit. I was legit about to jump off over this connection speed. lol

I bought a new PC in October and updated my BIOS in December when there was an update available.

I had the same performance before as after. Performance is bad for years anyway. Picking flowers works pretty well, also no lag in vMA. It becomes bad in group dungeons and really bad in PvP. Last game patch just made it worse with 15+ second desyncs. Also going repeatedly in and out of crouch doesn't work very well anymore, there is some strange delay.

PC EU btw, so most of the performance problems have been here for years.

Input/Skill lag on PS4 began with the February 5th patch (Which fixed the frequent crashes PvP players experienced every hour for the previous 90 days).

Fact: The game has in the past performed really well on console. We can trace the skill lag degradation to the exact moment we downloaded an ESO update.

If an update can break the game, another update can fix the game. Those of us on PS4 have been waiting patiently since Feb 5th for that fix. Unfortunately, at this time we're still waiting.
