Reading Alcast's description of this set, it seems it only operates on one single ally. I think the official description implies that it works on all allies that receive a mass healing such as Healing Springs, etc. Anyone know for sure which way it works?

    Only works on one target at a time

    Pretty sure it works on multiple targets since it has no cooldown. I can't say for sure because I've never tested it.
