Bug where ESO continues to run at 100% on GPU after shutdown (with alt-f4)

Went on PTS, fought some mobs, exited game with Alt-F4 because im a terrible person, closed the launcher from the system tray
Noticed my computer going slow, and hey what do you know, ESO is still running and at 100% on my GPU at that.
EU: Magden, Magknight, Stamsorc(*2), Magsorc
NA: Magplar, Magden, PotatoBlade

    There is fix to this.. Log out properly next time :)

    Yeah if you alt+f4 you need to actually kill the exe ( right click > end task )

    It happens on live server as well if game crushes. So, not exiting with alt f4 is not the solution.

    This is not a solution, this is just an excuse that leads to bad software

    This happens in game as well. This bug popped up AFTER the " performance " update everyone has forgotten about since they dropped the most ridiculous patch notes of all time recently.
