bongtokin420insd16✭✭✭✭All AD. 3 tanks 1 healer 1 hybrid 7 dps. The play styles vary but it makes me better over all. On tanks I block a lot for example which has helped me be aware of when to block even on dps. Some are pve too who just Zerg lol but I’m always carrying tons of siege 👉 (thanks mym).Kaz_Wastelander PS4NA0

So customer service finally got back to me. And they insist only one of my 12 characters were apart of kal. They list my one pve character as getting all the ap lol and the others as 0. They said they sent the reward to that toon but I received it on another.
So they are denying me any more rewards. For months i’ve Played 12 characters on a long campaign and logged every day and received all my loser rewards and Never came here to complain about the lag or the dc’s that cost me ap or nothing. I finally get a chance to come up on a zos error and instead I’m shafted again.
5 year player. 17 toon stable (also 5 crafters) and more hours than I can count. I’ve never considered walking away until today. To be treated like a liar and denied rewards that aren’t even worth that much that I earned just doesn’t seem fair. I haven’t even opened the one I received until now cause I had never even seen a champion’s prize and I was excited to open them all at once. Screwed again.

Even if the AP was wrong they were all assigned. Why am I being pushed on this when it was promised?
