I managed to not set a home campaign first on one of my toons, prior to doing enough Cyro PvP to get tier 1 rewards... D'Oh!

I've had others say the same on discord, we were all in Laat.

and some that were in Kaal, as well. Tier 1-3.. No rewards

I didn’t receive rewards for Kaalgrontiid on PS4NA but did receive them on PS4EU. Also received them for characters in the other two campaigns on PS4NA.

I didn’t receive rewards for Kaalgrontiid in any of my tunes. ☹️☹️
I was at least Tier 1 in all of my tunes.
Some tunes was Tier 3
And I did setup as a home campaign.

I did as I remember seeing tier 3 before I changed characters

Does it not show tier without it set as home? I did see I was halfway through tier 1 on Sunday.

Your ap wouldn't add up for ranking so I would assume not.

I at least got two replies. Seems there is "a specialist team" to which these sorts of problems are "escalated". We will see. I got a small chunk of gold coming my way if so. Gonna turn it into a new moon acolyte weapon. ×D

That’s exactly it. It’s the 15th, most people haven’t heard from customer support since the 10th or the 11th. I don’t see how hard it could be for them to verify that end of campaign rewards weren’t mailed out for that campaign.

Just to update everyone on this issue, we are planning to grant missing Rewards for the Worthy items to all PS4 NA players who were previously assigned to the Kaalgrontiid campaign. While we unfortunately aren’t able to grant leaderboard rewards, we’d like to make it up to everyone by sending out first place rewards to all PS4 NA players from this campaign. We are currently scheduling rewards to go out this Wednesday, but if the date ends up shifting, we’ll let you know. Thanks again for your patience while we investigated this issue.
