How can people not see this as a buff? Maybe they should add a heal too so all the whiners can just spam one button that does everything.

How is only being able to cc someone every 21 seconds a buff ?

    This is a huge nerf.

The snare is terrible. On live you can choose when to cc so you can line up a combo. If the enemy is lying on the ground about to be smashed bu your ult please tell me how a snare would make things any better ?

You are looking at this from the wrong perspective.

Dizzy changes are clearly a buff

... if all you do is spam a single button while zerging down a player, because now you get cc and a snare on top of the dmg, while previously one button spam would result in dmg only and you actually had to press a second key to cc someone.

Yay, dumbed down gameplay and xv1 buffs!

    No

Note that Dizzy is getting significantly nerfed in PvP with the OB change.

.... Now you can easy counter a dizzy player by blocking simple casted pressure which will really only come in an easy to track window. The stun can be avoided via multiple counters that are easy enough for any build to utilize, then not have to care about being stunned for a cooldown period.

Please tell me those easy counters... id be glad to know

I dont know if your quote got messed up, but i already stated the obvious counter to dizzy, which is to just block cancel abilities during your rotation. You will only have to block cancel for short periods of 6 seconds until offbalance wears off and you get cooldown. This is easy enough to do since you really only have to worry about the ult rotation which will be after another dizzy or usually a heavy. Either way you will have another 3-4 average human reaction time windows to do something about it.

Another easy counter is to just pop your immov pots after you get offbalanced. Don't have immovs up? Well then just block cancel.

If you play stam, you can swap between rolling and blocking if you want.
Most dizzy builds now are pigeon holed into only being able to do damage when offbalance is active. If you can't live when they don't have it on you, you have other build issues. Dizzy has been gutted in terms of damage/utility since elsweyr, the only reason to really complain is that zos made it brain dead easy to land. Even so, usually it will be the onslaught that does you in, not the weak hitting dizzy.

Dizzy Swing is still the meta.

While you're destroying the game, maybe reconsider to buff other spammables now?

You literally just quoted the two stam classes that don't need dizzy swing to be good.. 🧐. Maybe add in stamden lol. The others are pretty much tied to it to be competitive.

Exactly. Remember when you had to be decent to land dizzy? Que dizzy speed and dmg buffs, followed by Onslaught changes making Onslaught+Dizzy combo the equivalent of getting hit by a truck. Then a chain of dizzy nerfs effectively making Dizzy a firm pat on the shoulder.
