Unable to Enter Dungeon

OK, I'm LVL 24, and been trying to enter the Darkshade Cavern dungeon in Deshaan.. only every time I try I just get ejected out with the error:

Your jump has failed because your veteran rank is not high enough

I've tried to enter in a group and solo, and it makes no difference I get the same error.

Any ideas anyone?

Open your group and change dungeon mode to normal. Maybe you have it at veteran.

Nope it was set to normal, and as I said I can't enter the dungeon solo either..

I was having the issue and logging out to character select and back in on the same character let me travel into the dungeon.

Not a permanent fix but might be a usable work around.

Hasn't worked for me... I've been logging in and out all day, used the /camp method to 'soft reset'. Done a repair.. even sent off a ticket and wasted my time opening my eyes to read the reply!

having the same problem, lvl 48, not set to vet dungeon. just started w/last patch. also having the opposite problem w/solo dungeons- been trying to leave for at least 5 minutes now lol

Yeah, just found I'm having that problem too... I'm in a Fighter's Guild story instance, and there's a portal to get back to 'the real world' I enter it, and end up back at the instance portal..lol

*Sigh* - I give up.. a week since this issue started to affect me, and since I first reported it to customer service I'm still unable to enter any dungeons... which is pretty game breaking as far as I'm concerned.

I've really enjoyed this game so far with what I have been able to play, and it does/did have the promise to be right up there with the best. So much so I signed up initially with a 6 month sub plan.. I say initially because I've already reduced it to one month due to the number of problems that I've been experiencing.

However, I'm now debating with myself as to whether I should even sub for 1 month at present considering I've effectively had a week wasted of my bundled game time already.. might just be better to take a hit on this, have a break for 2-3 months and give it whirl towards the end of summer. Hopefully ZOS will have got a grip on the bugs and stuff by then.

I'm not writing this as a 'goodbye' post, or other flamebait.. but more in exasperation and frustration at not being able to get anywhere via the normal customer service channels and not being able to play a game which I had been enjoying.. still my Collectors' Edition book is rather nice, even if my Molag Bal statue is broken.. so it's not a total loss
