    The thing is, those calculations only affect players, but not npc's or mobs. Just now, some goblin archers were perfectly fine shooting me right through a giant boulder and cave walls.

    for PC (don't know about PS4 or XBX) we can view our network bandwidth amount to the server with Resource Monitor, usually in the KB range .. I know this is in packet/payload amounts, but if the game is going to take on more critical checks, it would seem we (the client) would need more bandwidth .. IF, that's the case, I doubt seriously ZoS is able to scale out due to the $$ cost to make that happen .. at this point, I do not know how the game can any longer support more content (DLCs, expansions, repair to legacy bugs, etc ...)

    The higher the latency the worse this actual is - you might think you are on target and start an ability - but when the action arrives on the server, the server might consider you are not on a target and the ability cannot be fired therefore. With high latency and moving targets it is increasingly more difficult to get an ability fired on a target the higher latency is, because what you see on your screen is not how the current situation is for the server in this moment.

    Exacly, but this shows - they dont even f**ng play LIVE server... and they don't post progress of their "investrigations". But the worst is - looks like they knowledge is based ONLY on PTS! :sweat_smile:

    I configured my laptop - now i gonna record all these bugs and send ticket about recompensation. I PAID for this and i got crap...

    *my hero dont light attack sometimes or heavy attack - when i hold mouse button for heavy attack my hero stats shaking and do nothing ... and this sounds - repeating 50% of his attack sound... WEIRD

    *Weapon cannot be swapped... - crap!

    *I stucked at breakfree - i cant use skills - i run around ... and i can break free every second - not being stunned - untill stamina ends.

    *When i fire bow heavy attack - an arrow fired.. nothing happens and my hero stuck in bow heavy attack animation.

    *I got stunned (26k stamina left) i cannot break free untill i got killed (SO MUCH FUN!)

    *I got stunned - used breakfree > FEARED > breakfree > stunned (within 4-5 sec!)!? cant break free ofc.

    *I got stunned and i didnt breakfree... i used roll-dodge > i glided on the ground still moving (stunned) and get up without problem (that was fun :D )

    *I got strange freeze(1-2 sec) in fight (60 fps) then got stunned (again freeze untill i got killed)

    *I was fighting with friend for fun - killed him (didnt wanted to end that way) with one LA - coz his hp was cutted in 1 sec for 20k of delayed DMG!

    *I was running from couple of players... i used shield + rapid regen.. then turned around... one light attack killed me ... again a desync? (with shield on!)

    *I was tanking > so holding block > then got killed coz - idk why my hero stop holding block??? > i figured out that u needs to watch if ur hero dont stop blocking and release mouse button then hold it again to block... (soo much fun with all this animation effects!)

    and many many more that i dont rem right now.

    The combat was fine how it was pre patch. Animation canceling was completely fine, the game felt smooth (outside of cast times on ults...) and complaining about it was a l2p issue to be honest. Now the combat feels clunky and awful and this is because of devs trying to please a few people who are unwilling to put minimal effort into the game. Animation canceling is trivial, you learn it passively in a few days by trying so and you definitely don't need to be a MLG player to do so.

    I'm kinda excited about what these people will complain next after they realise that removing animation cancelling didn't make them a better player.

    You STILL gonna get dropped by people who animation cancel. They weren't moving "faster " than you.They were always ON the GCD. Those who never animation canceled or only did it by accident were often times firing off skills AFTER the GCD. With the delays caused by the switch to server for those checks your skills will be delayed longer than someone still going through the motions of animation cancelling and you're STILL gonna get dropped. PARTICULARLY in low lag situations. Because you're generally trying to fire skills past the limitations of the global cool down, I unno because you liked watching pretty animations in the past or something lol.

    If they drop the ceiling, the unskilled will suffer most.

    How the hll do you animation cancel in Cyrodiil? It's so laggy and unresponsive that I get skills failing to fire, I've taken to pausing with a button pressed for like 0.1s to make sure I can say "yea, I did press it, it's not me tapping too lightly".

    I can't imagine it being smooth enough to time GCDs
