I opened a support ticket back on the 12th because I wanted to use the crowns on my secondary account to purchase Forgemaster Falls for my main account.. I eventually got a response that they could do so but they needed me to verify that it was ok to do so since it wouldn't include any furnishings.. so I responded saying it was ok and to go ahead.. but since then I've gotten no response to my ticket and now there are only 5 days left to get the home from the crown store so the clock is ticking..
