QUEST - The dream of the Hist - stuck at end.

Hello, afer dealing with every aspects, i can't finish quest. Last step is Talk to Vicecanon Heita Meen, after dialog, im returning again and again to last step. Shadowfen is loading for while but im appear at dungeon.
