I can’t justify at 100% price hike over previous chapters - especially given the performance issues
The price is about the same as other chapters as far as I can see.
I paid £49.99 to pre-order the Morrowind digital collectors edition upgrade, and £29.99 for the non-collectors upgrade version of Elseweyr. (I got Summerset during a half price sale so I'm not counting that.)
Greymoor digital collectors edition is £44.99 and the normal upgrade is £32.99, so it's slightly more for the normal edition and slightly cheaper for the collectors edition.
Are you sure you're not comparing the price of the upgrade versions of previous chapters (which only gives you the newest release) to the price of the full verison of Greymoor, which includes the base game and all the previous chapters?

Very sure .
Morrowind was £20 and summerset £25 when I got them pre order
not sure where you are getting 32.99 from Its 34.99 on store (or it was last week) and the game actually points you to the non collector one at 55 anyway (you have to find the upgrade one manually)
