Heads up, a hard crash to desktop during Cyro reloaded all my skills cept Alliance War

First time for me, but I've heard of it about a year ago. During a hot fight at Nikel, while dead, I crashed to desktop (with the submit report). Came back in, and all my skill sets were reloaded, like I'd just earned them all. Except for Alliance War, which is now set to rank 1 for each set (I've had these capped since summer '14).
Already put in a ticket, but fair warning to anyone out there, since crashing seems worse now than pre-patch...

✭✭✭✭✭That seems to be a recurring bug, even though it was supposed to be fixed in the 5.2.9 patch notes.
"Alliance War
Fixed an issue where your Alliance War skill lines could reset to Rank 1 after encountering a specific crash in Cyrodiil."
