Hoping to get more visibility on this. PTS has been offline going on 3 days. Any updates from the team would be appreciated!

What exactly are you trying to test that you can’t do on Live?

I too was disappointed that I was unable to log into the PTS — it's an invaluable tool for testing out different builds/combinations, especially when deciding whether or not a set is worth taking the time to farm.2 -

Agreed, I do a lot of build testing on PTS too. But we’re only talking a few days here ... not weeks. And the OP seems distressed.0 -

And ZOS appeared to be talking a few hours here ... not days — I doubt Hack is distressed, he probably just wants a time frame. ✭✭Well, I will be looking forward to Hack's latest 1 bar build whenever it arrives.So they raised the floor and lowered the ceiling. Except the ceiling has spikes in it now and the floor is also lava.1
