Hoping to get more visibility on this. PTS has been offline going on 3 days. Any updates from the team would be appreciated!

It’s not an “official” PTS testing period, @HackTheMinotaur, so I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
What exactly are you trying to test that you can’t do on Live?

I too was disappointed that I was unable to log into the PTS — it's an invaluable tool for testing out different builds/combinations, especially when deciding whether or not a set is worth taking the time to farm. -

And ZOS appeared to be talking a few hours here ... not days — I doubt Hack is distressed, he probably just wants a time frame.
