No.

It wasn't enough to post these suggestions in another thread, you needed to make a new one too?
OP, your suggestions are delusional. Players simply play by ZOS' rules. It's on ZOS to make sure that what players can do in-game can be supported by the server with adequate performance. Self-control and self-policing are not a thing in a competitive environment where you can't ensure everyone will be playing by the same self-imposed rules.

Copy Cat war fare plays a big role in how Performance is and other factors.
What is copy cat warfare well at least this is how I'm describing it.
Say player on one side is using a very powerful build that is op people see that and want to do it too. So they copy that build. thus creating a meta, Examples light armor, destruction staff, bat swarm and other abilties. Everyone starts using batswarm, light armor and destruction staff. When that gets nerfed they switch to which bis class skills they have and say for example go for just two handed sword and a two handed abiltiy everyone is doing it. Then as things change and they keep nerfing or buffing certain things meta changes and well now people are doing tanky stuff and everyones copying each other to become very hard to kill groups of people. By not diversifying by coping each other not getting creative not doing your own things and wacky things. Game performance goes down. As the tanky meta everyone is doing it so others join in and this draws out battles and when in massive zergs spamming performance killing effects non stop. That causes performance to go way down.
One way to fix this is stop copying others, build your own thing make your own path. If you have to unsubscribe from build makers like Alcast, or others that make them and avoid copying your guildies. Leave the guild if they require you to build the way they want. Then follow these
Five Tenets of Keeping Pvp Performance Healthy.
1. Don't copy others avoid this at all costs least you invoke the Wraith of Unplayable Server Performance..
2.Avoid making yourself invincible, doing so invokes the Wrath of Unplayable Server Performance.
3. Avoid spamming very high particle or performance killing abilties when group stacking. Doing so invokes the Wrath of unplayable Server Performance.
4. Reduce group size to twelve or less, not doing so invokes the Wrath of Unplayable Server Performance.
5. Be Unpredictable and don't stack and when you do stack keep groups distanced from one another at all times not doing so invokes the Wrath of Unplayable Server Performance.
So want to fix pvp performance keep to these tenets at all times least risk unplayable server performance.
Anyways these steps I did mentioned on the one thread but I'm posting here as well. I posted the five tenets of keeping Server Performance healthy now,
take these steps anyone reading this to help your fellow pvpers and your own pvp performance as I do think not doing these things will just keep the performance bad for everyone. Teach your friends and pvp guides these tenets and steps be a guide and maybe things will be better.
1. Limit group size to Twelve or Less.
2.Going out of the way to not spam abilties like heals or other abilties that have heavy particle effects non stop.
3.Players should allow themselves to be killed once in a while. You don't need to be an impossible to beat foe that is only hurting performance players that make builds that make them very hard or difficult to kill which makes massive group on group content take much longer which can cause serious lag sinks when players stack lag causing abilties and spam those lag causing abilties non stop. This might be the biggest reason why pvp is so unplayable right now. So players should make a commitment and pvp guilds to stop using to much tank meta and commit to allowing combat to end faster then it is.
4.Spreading out being more random.
5. Use Item sets that have flat based values. Avoid using percentage based sets to reduce server calculations that the server has to run when players are stacked. Not only doing this for yourself but also doing this to help pvp run better.
6. Use abilties even if not Bis that don't hurt game performance even if they are second or third tier. Like second tier healing or third tier healing abilties.
We can also unsub and stop playing this game, if he dies, he dies. When there will be 30 players around, there wont be any lags

because zos constantly promises to fix it yet they never *** do. that's why. why you should we reduce how we play a game because zos are lazy *** who wont fix the game? oh yeah, that's right. we shouldnt have too.
The performance issues arent because of meta builds its because of the server host Zenimax uses for the servers
relentless_turnip wrote: »I appreciate you efforts mate, but players should be able to play how ever they want.
It isn't up to us to improve the game.
If it was something the odd player was doing to effect performance your argument may be valid.
As poor performance is pretty unanimous across the player base it is clearly a problem with the game and not the user.
There are aspects of builds and play styles I don't like, ball groups, tanks etc... the usual!
We can't dictate how others play the game and say the way you play is breaking the game.
The developer has a responsibility to maintain a playable game for the 60,000 odd players who want to play it each day regardless of how they play.
We should not remove that emphasis from the developers until it is fixed.
You are right in saying some of the responsibility falls at the players feet, but the argument stops at the word console.
Console can't really do anything to improve their individual performance other than improving their connection.
If an individual has a problem the problem is most likely them, if a large majority of the community has a problem it is the game.
