Regarding mount progression

Likely a dumb question, but I recently started using the PTS. I was surprised that mounts weren’t already maxed out on speed, etc., or some option to immediately max them out. Am I missing something? /TIA

Templates don't have riding lessons, @idk ... but certainly you can buy riding lessons from the PTS Crown Store for 1 crown each.0 -
fiender66✭✭✭✭Look for Pouch of Progression (if I well remember the name) among supplies given to maxed chars. There are lessons (60 each one) for mount speed, stamina and capacity (so you have 120 spots on inventory for free). They are free to get and use1 -

Since it has been on EU server for the last 5-6 weeks, and I'm on NA, I had to create all my characters from scratch. Yes, Pouch of Progression has the Stamina, Speed, and Bag upgrades inside it. It is a little buried inside all that stuff you get for creating a Fully Leveled Character....Note: You must create and choose a fully leveled Harrowstone Template Character for access.
To Navigate to it.
Hit Inventory > Supplies > Look for the Coffer named Consumables > Inside this coffer you will find Pouch of Progression > This is where the 60 of each Horse training can be pulled and placed in Inventory.
