First, be sure that your website Account discloses that you currently have ESO Plus benefits. If you paid the monthly subscription, but the Account page does not show them, then I recommend that you re-post your report in the Customer Support - General section of the forums. The staff there can guide you in resolving any Account issue that needs to be addressed.

Second, with the revised Game Client installed with Update 25, the issue that you describe could be the result of a flaw in implementing ESO Plus benefits into the context of the game. When you View your character, ESO Plus should be listed as a "buff" in the panel at the bottom of the UI. If it is missing, but your Account shows on the website that you currently have ESO Plus benefits, then there is a discrepancy.

If that is the case, then please disclose the platform and mega-server on which this occurs. ZOS cannot investigate without that information. Please read the Guidelines For Bug Report Forum for instructions and advice about posting a useful bug report.
