BUG Ebonheart Pact Eastmarch: Our Poor Town - Confront Asmalah

This quest has been bugged for days and prevents players from continuing the main story quest of the Eastmarch zone.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Talk to Asmalah in the house.
2. Exit the house
3. Asmalah spawns two enemies and escapes
4. Defeat said enemies
5. Run towards the location you are supposed to confront Asmalah
What happens:
Asmalah simply despawns and you're not able to confront/fight him and therefore you are unable to complete the step.
What should happen:
Asmalah shouldn't despawn or respawn at the location.
Proposed solution:
Fix the underlying issue OR give players the option to skip this step to be able to continue the quest line.
I wrote tickets but so far only received a generic seemingly automated response from player support.

iPwNix✭Anyone else having the problem of running out of quests in this area?
Im lvl 35 and got no quests left except for this bugged one , and i did all the instances.Edited by iPwNix on April 18, 2014 9:19AM0
