Post Patch 1.0.4: Wayshrine and fast travel fails

Unable to travel using either the Wayshrine system directly, or from the map.
Those pesky mudcrabs...you stop them from wrecking the banking system, only to have them turnaround and wield their massive force for destruction on fast travel.

Lord_Tonjin✭✭Same issue for me. I can only use a wayshrine in the are I am in currently (Shadowfen) But when I try to teleport from Shadowfen to Deshaan using a wayshrine or world map. It fails.
Edit: I logged out, used the repair tool in the launcher and told it to check for updates.
