Why don't khajiit use claws?

the animation already exists. The feral soul shriven use what seem to be claw based attacks and the infected use the same animations. why not khajiit?

Bretentious✭✭I'd love to have a hand to hand option introduced. If I had to guess why they didn't implement it in the first place, I'd say that it was due ti development time/resources simply being too limited to have it at release.1 -
